With high customer satisfaction in mind, our goal is to provide our customers with a contact-less service using modern electronic devices, in English and Hungarian, always informing our clients in advance about the changes that can affect them and providing possible alternatives on time for their own business with optimal taxation in mind.

Kocsis Tímea

The first step in my 18-year career path was at a well-known non-profit company, where I gained insight into the operation of the public sector and I also mastered the accounting of non-profit companies.
Later, I broadened my horizons at several multinational companies and had the opportunity to work in the manufacturing and service sectors, where I learned about the context and processes of international finance, cash flow planning, receivables management, thus gaining significant experience in large corporate and multinational environments.
Thereafter, I navigated to the SME sector, where as a chief accountant I managed an accounting firm and was responsible for the total accounting, taxation and representation in front of authorities of more than 75 small and medium size companies.
The idea of starting my own business has been making me thinking, so that I can pass on the knowledge and experience I have accumulated so far to my own clients.
In the summer of 2020, together with my business partner, Gábor Molnár, we founded the ProacTeam Hungary Ltd., which comes from the term “Proactive Accounting Team”. Our motto reflects our creed that the modern accountant of today is proactive, adaptive and up-to-date.
Molnár Gábor

I began my career in a multinational environment at the world’s largest oil company, where I worked in accounting. I could easily put the theoretical knowledge of my degree gained in Great Britain into practice, my tasks included among others: accounting for supplier invoices, building processes, testing and automating accounting programs.
After that, I continued my career at a large company again, in the field of accounting, where I gained insight into the complete accounting process. During various projects, I worked on the balance sheets and income statements of banks, insurance companies, production and service companies.
At my next workplace, I was able to advance significantly in my profession. My responsibilities included: VAT and withholding tax returns, preparation of payments, cash forecast, accounting, audits; those listed before required a close cooperation with the local tax team.
Even before I started my studies, I had known that I would like to have my own accounting office once, during my career it became even stronger in me, until finally I made the decision with my business partner, Tímea Kocsis and founded the ProacTeam Hungary Ltd.
The knowledge I have gained from my degree in economics and the experience I have accumulated over the years will help me manage the company successfully and meet the needs of my clients to the maximum.
